As you are aware, Diploma MSc runs in partnership with the University of South Wales, which makes you an official student of the institution. This means your student account will be hosted by USW, and all official procedures must run directly through them and not ourselves. While we hope you can appreciate that we have limited access or control, we are however able to point you in the right direction: The USW Advice Zone, the university’s Student Enquiry Management System.

The University of South Wales states the following:

“The Advice Zone offers a welcoming first point of contact for all your student enquiries and can offer advice on anything that affects your ability to study. We are a confidential service that works closely with all University Support Services.”

https://advice.southwales.ac.uk/

All applications are to go through the Advice Zone to ensure that they can be raised effectively and treated individually – this includes applications such as:

  • Withdrawals
  • Suspension of Studies (also known as ‘Interruption’)
  • 20-working Day Extension
  • Non-Submissions

Please note: Should you require any clarity or further information regarding these procedures, and what is the best option for you, please contact us at Student Support.

Please see below for details of how to get in touch with the University of South Wales Glyntaff Campus Advice Zone.
