Once it is confirmed that you have passed every module and your programme (PgCert, PgDip or MSc), and your results have gone through an award board, you will be eligible for graduation!
The University of South Wales holds its graduation ceremony in January, celebrating the achievements of its students. If you studied with the March cohort, your certificates will be shipped to your home address by the USW Graduation team between July and September. Following this, you will be invited to the January graduation ceremony. For those who studied with the September cohort, certificates will be presented at the ceremony. If you are unable to attend, your certificates will be shipped shortly after the event to your home address. Please use the following link for further information.

You are able to request your certificate to be delivered via DHL but extra costs will be incurred and this can only be done through the University.
As the University processes all certificates and sends them directly, and not ourselves, we advise that you contact them for an update using the following link:

Alternatively, you are able to contact them directly:
E-mail: graduation@southwales.ac.uk
Phone: +44 (0) 345 576 0101
If you require proof of your qualification in the meantime, you are able to print your results using the PDF button in the Results Service screens. A PDF copy of your results will be sent to your student e-mail account. This is the official version of the results and will print with the University Header. If you require your transcript to be stamped, this service is available for current students through the Advice Zone. Please note that when you complete your qualification you will receive an official certificate and transcript (as appropriate) following the graduation ceremony in January.
We at Learna are also able to provide a letter of results, signed by our Student Records Manager. If you feel this would be beneficial, please contact the Student Services Team: support@learna.ac.uk
