To subscribe to the weekly Academic Forum, navigate to that week’s forum. This is the area where your tutor’s threads are located (see example below image 1.). Then scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
In the bottom right-hand corner there is a text box named ‘Administration’ with a drop-down option titled ‘Forum Administration’ (see image 2. below). By clicking on the arrow to expand, you reveal a short menu with the following options:
- Optional subscription
- Subscribe to this forum
- Don’t track unread posts
By clicking on ‘Subscribe to this forum’ (as shown above with the blue arrows) the text will change to ‘Unsubscribe from this forum’. This means you have subscribed successfully, you will then receive emails notifying you of new posts made in that week’s Academic Forum. You will need to repeat this weekly.
The same process should be repeated in the Module Activity Forum too, if applicable.
