Each student is placed in a group and assigned a Tutor for the duration of a module. Your tutor will change after each module, however it is possible that you may get the same tutor for more than one module.
Every week your group is presented with a series of scenarios with associated discussion prompts, designed to promote the discussion of a specific topic. Please be reminded that these discussions count towards your module marks.
To find out which group you are in, log onto Moodle and navigate to your Academic Forum. To find the Academic Forum navigate to
Courses > Module > Week (1-6) > Go to Week (1-6) Academic Forum > Scroll Down to the Discussion Topics
Your tutor will post a welcome message in the Academic Forum at the start of each module in week one. This is the perfect opportunity for you to introduce yourself to other members of your group.
To send your tutor a private message, click on their profile and press the message icon as shown below (image 2. below).
If you are still having difficulties please contact your Student Services Team who can help you find your tutor for the module.
